As you know by now I have set myself a challenge to be more of a cheerleader for the wonderful human beings that surround me, inspire me, encourage me and generally give me hope for the future. So with that in mind every Wednesday I aim to share with you the profile of some fabulously divine human beings so you too may share in all that they are and bring to the world.

Welcome to #WonderfulWednesday No. 14

Todays utterly divine human being came into my life way before they knew I even existed. They were involved in heading up some events that deeply impacted my family and I for a good season of time and another event that blessed my socks off as a youth worker. We connected via Twitter and finally found ourselves sharing some face to face time together on a very muddy field at Greenbelt. We are growing to know each other and I am keen to see where the adventure will take us.

So let me introduce them to you by sharing 10 things that totally captivate me about them:

1) They lead others

2) They love others

3) They laugh & cry with others

4) They take risks

5) They cheerlead and champion for others

6) They are a loyal friend

7) They are off the scale gracious

8) They are natural connectors always seeking to meet new people

9) They remember the small things that matter

10) They make me want to keep on growing

Who is this #WonderfulWednesday human you may ask ...

Wendy Beech - Ward

Wendy does a heap of stuff, she is always busy and navigating from one adventure to another.

Officially she is the Events & Ambassadors Director for   and is often found filming projects, raising awareness and asking people to join in with changing the world. Its a full on job, as I type this I know she has 4 films to make in the next 6 days but I love how much she loves it and find how she handles her role as a woman, wife, mother and friend to many inspiring.

Wendy is way more that her paid role though, she is also the Co-founder of , curating a safe space for female leaders to connect, to learn and to challenge each other to be all that we can be. She is a regular columnist for Liberti Magazine and blogs every now and then when time allows. She has pearls of wisdom that are rooted in experience, heaped in Jesus and stoked by the spirit.

Above all else Wendy is a great sister. She is fun to be around but won't beat around the bush. She tells it to you like it is because she loves you and wants you to grow. I am so thankful that the world has her in it and I know I am not alone in that. Want to know what it looks like to be a modern woman, passionate for God and people. She is the real deal!

Check out her work, you won't be disappointed!

You can follow Wendy on Twitter here and will find her blogs of wisdom here. Wendy can often be found hanging out at events and loves meeting new people so if you see her please do say hey!
